Following on from our Month in NY (click for link) our next long stay was to be Rome Italy,
We booked a Apartment
at 47, Via Giordano Bruno,(click for link) which proved to be a ideal location.
Just over 400 Meters from the Vatican walls. Just up the road is a fresh food market which covered a full bock.
To walk to the Colosseum by the most direct route is about 5 Km so thus we could walk most places in central Rome.
Also there was Trams, Trains and Buses and this was a real option after a Roman Lunch.
We also Visited Florence and Siena, Tivoli, Lido Di Ostia and Ostia Anticao.
